hi
In a nutshell I paid a deposit which was no refundable of £499 it was for a Beauty course.
The reason I chose this particular training company was because it had my insurance companies logo. This led me to believe the course was accredited by them.
But it wasn’t. So, I’ve cancelled the course two weeks prior to the training date and asked for my money back.
Which, I’ve not been able to get o get.
I tried a dispute with PayPal and the insurance company but they rejected my claim.
Do I have a case for misrepresentation?
Thanks

My cousin trained to be a nail technician and as she works from home had to get insurance to operation also health and hygiene course and certificate. The insurance covers if something goes wrong with the treatment and a claim is put in.0
