Government Probate/ Will finding service

Hi, Has anyone used the governments probate / will finding service? https://www.gov.uk/search-will-probate I an dealing with the probate for a relative and know that the spouse's probate was done in 1998. I located the record on this service and paid the £1.50 to access the record. Since then I have heard nothing and when…

Does anyone know how to contact this service. I have still not received this order and emails get an automatic reply saying orders on or after 8th August are being processed.

Mine was 26th July and not yet received and no communication from them.

Phone numbers just cut you off and say don't contact them.

Where's my order enquiries do not get a reply.

Anyone else had these delays?
