Bank charges

Options
Hello,
Years ago when everyone was reclaiming bank charges, we started the process. We received a letter from the bank asking for £10 for a list of charges received.
I got really poorly the years have bled into one and am now disabled, so we never got around to doing it. I'm not sure of the year, but presume it was around the time everyone was doing it, so 09.
Is this something I can pick up now? I can't find the letter, but presume the bank would have a record.
Many thanks

If you're in current financial hardship and are still being charged, ask them for help. This may include suspending current charges for a period.

You have completely missed the boat on historic bank charges. That stopped in 2009

When you say years ago, it really was years ago. The reclaiming of unfair bank charges was stopped in 2008 and went before the supreme court in 2009 and ruled in the banks favour. So, over a decade ago.
