Monthly insurance payments

Hi all. Brief background; we have just been given a mortgage offer that runs to 31 Dec '19, at worst our completion date may stretch into 2020 and therefore a new mortgage product will be needed, meaning a new credit check.
As we are ending our tenancy once we move out, we do not want to pay a years home insurance and would be looking to move to monthly payments. What I want to know is, do monthly insurance payments show as a line of credit in your credit report?
We obviously don't want any new accounts opening in case we need a new hard search from the lender.
Thanks!
