The wording is a little confusing on the entry page, but the t&c explicitly say that you can tick both boxes to enter both team's draws, but you can only win one prize.

10. There is one (1) entry per person, per draw. You may enter one or both of the two prize draws. The Liverpool F.C. signed merchandise prize draw will be drawn first. If you have entered one draws and are not selected as a winner for the Liverpool F.C. signed merchandise prize draw your entry will still be valid for the Manchester City F.C. signed merchandise draw. If you have entered each draw, and win a prize on the Liverpool F.C. draw you are ineligible for the Manchester City F.C. draw as the Promotion is limited to one prize per person.
