Enstroga Energy
Has anyone had difficulty with Enstroga energy's administrative procedures. I found that despite writing letters and sending e-mails I never receive a reply. Then I have phoned them up (i.e. when you can get through) and the person on the other end has called up my details, and said yes we have received your e-mail etc! Then they have asked me for my latest meter readings whilst I am on the phone and the next thing I have is an e-mail saying my latest bill is ready, based on the readings I have just given. My query never having been resolved. Consequently I am switching and I just hope that I get my credit repaid once the switch is completed, and that is my worry!
