PPI Success But Have a ??

Hello!
Back in July I thought there would be no harm in filing out the online PPI forms for a couple of companies I knew my husband and I had accounts with in the past.
Over the past weeks I have received update letters and then today received a complaint upheld in my name. My questions is this...... the letter states that 'as the account was opened in joint names the refund stipulates my share of the redress only' - does that mean that my husband should be due the same amount?
Looking back through the paper work I now see that they haven't sent any update letters to my husband - and although I know I completed both online forms at the same time I have no proof that I also submitted complaints for him as I didn't take a screen shot and they didn't confirm receipt via email!
Thank you in advance!
