Well, as a last resort, why not write to the programme and ask. They must have contact details of some sort for the home owners.

Sounds like blow moulded letters.
Try one of the local sign places, they'll know what's available.
The only reason I know about the laser cut stuff because a mate of mine has a vinyl cutting machine.
The alternative is to make them yourself out of some easy to carve wood, and coat with gesso then paint as in the ones on Etsy. Lots of work and a fair bit of skill needed.0
