Parked in motorcycle bay

Hey guys I've read the FAQ and searched the forum.
PCN from London Borough of Waltham Forest.
"91 Parked in a car park or area not designated for that class of vehicle."
I paid for parking but parked in what looked like every other space to me in a mostly empty large car park.
Not that it matters but at the time there was a car parked behind me and to the left of me. On the image, the car behind me had left.
Turns out there was a sign post and writing on the floor there saying "motorcycles only" which I didn't see. I actually read another sign to the right of me by the machine that just said about how to park using the app with the location code.
I didn't even know there was such a thing as motorcycle only, I usually just check for disabled signs etc.
I know I need to pay more attention but is there anything I can do or have these jobsworths got another bit of money from me? Thanks

What you have failed to realise is the the reason your search found nothing is because it's a council PCN , not private
Go to pepipoo fightback forum and join with a non Hotmail email address and post on there with pics of the PCN0
