Hi
I was on my way to work, and was given a leaflet (have not checked it yet, but it all looks legit). it says...
Apply for an Airmiles Duo account (Typical 15.9% APR variable) and you'll get two Credit Cards on one accounts - a Lloyds TSB Airmiles Due American Express Card and a Lloyds TSB Airmiles Duo MasterCard.
What's more, you''ll get 750 Airmiles when you use the Lloyds TSB Airmiles Due American Express Card for your first purchase of at least £10.00. That's enough for a completely free reutrn flight (there are no taxes, fees and charges to pay) to Paris, Dublin, Amsterday or Edinburg. Your flight can be booked from 1 January 2008.
Apply only at http://www.airmiles.co.uk/flyforfree by 31 December 2007.
I hope somebody will find this one useful.

It's http://www.airmiles.co.uk/flyforfree, to correct your typo...
I can't see anything on there about not paying taxes with this offer, and when I click on the "Travel" tab all the fares listed have an amount of tax to pay as well as the miles. So even with the free 750 miles for signing up, you're not going to get a flight to Europe much cheaper than Ryanair would do anyway.0 -
Thanks, PBA
I will have a look at the http://www.airmiles.co.uk/flyforfree later on today.
But the flyer I have does state no taxe, fees and charges to pay.0 -
Fair enough, maybe a new offer they haven't put on the website yet. Where did you get the flyer from, mailed to you or from a Lloyds branch?0

Don't forget that AirMiles can also be used on activities too :

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this. I was given the flyer on my way to work, somewhere near Bank station. It was in a bag together with other flyers and various goodies. Occasionaly there are these give-away-bags actions in the City.
