IVA practitioner complaint and advice needed.

I have posted before about this, however I have developments.
Basically, we completed our IVA. We have certs, all debts are settled and case closed.
Then we applied for and got more PPI AFTER we had our certs and everything closed, however the PPI company (Creditfix) said they were "interested" in the PPI money, it went to them.
HOWEVER, and here is the thing. I DEMANDED that Creditfix supply me all information on how the £6000 was split between all our creditors as the case was closed and all debts were settled. THREE emails were sent and replied to and all they did was send me a six year breakdown which we already had.
SO, that can only bring me to the conclusion that this money was kept just for profit which CANNOT BE LEGAL.
So, I have filed a complaint with all information to the IPC (Insolvency Practitioner Complaint service).
Do you think I have a shot at getting anything at all back if it turns out to be true?
To be honest, I can see all these IVA companies replacing PPI complaints VERY soon.
I am not going to let this go until I have answers.
I would be very interested in anyone else who has been through this situation.

Its your right to complain about your IP if you are unhappy.
However, i suspect the IP will just cite the Green v Wright case, but you should be entitled to see how this money was distributed amongst your creditors at the very least, let us know how you get on.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hi Sourcrates,
Yes of course, like some I have been incredibly let down by the Green v Wright case as, it is one case by one judge.
I really feel that these companies are just getting rich from debt which us, the hard working folks worked damn hard to get out of.
But surely we have a legal right to demand where our payments are going? If the IPC turns out that money, be it PPI or any other payment is kept for profit I am damn sure I am not stopping there.
Greed has to stop somewhere. So, the Green v Wright case may have a very different outcome this time.0 -
Whilst you are entitled to see how the money was split between the creditors, unless you paid 100p/£ plus further statutory interest, your creditors are entitled to receive the ppi monies.
If you believe the creditors haven’t benefited from the PPI, could you not email them and find out?0
