UKPC - Penalty Charge Notice

Hi,

I need the help of the forum here please.

So i've been parking behind my work on private land that belongs to a housing association for the past few months. there have been no signs or anything.

However a few days ago they put new signs up by UKPC. my car was already parked there and believe they have installed the signs around midday. on the ticket it says they first viewed it the previous day and issues the ticket of the day the signs were up.

I have attached the ticket please.replace word dot with as i am new user not allowed to post links
ibbdotco/pvzHt0z

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Also there website seems to be broken to view / appeal anything.

Regards

UKPC do not issue "penalty charge notices" it doesn't say that does it?
You need all your ducks in a row to sort this out which means not making silly mistakes, this also includes editing your first post to remove the driver's details now.

We don't need to see that silly PCN copy we've seen hundreds.

UKPC are know liars and scammers who have been temporarily banned twice by the DVLA but unfortunately keep coming back like the bad smell they are.

You need to read the newbies thread on here and follow the instructions including the appeal written for you.

Ukpc do not issue penalty charge notices , they issue parking charge notices

Download the BPA Cop and read what they say about new signage on new contracts , and warning notices about new enforcement

Read the newbies faq sticky thread near the top of the forum

If this was a windscreen ticket , appeal on day 26 after the PCN issue date , as keeper , with the blue text template , unchanged

No telling anyone about who was driving

People parking where they shouldn't is why this company have now been employed to ticket rogue drivers who park on their land, which is why the HA have done this

Do not park there again , or more will follow

    UPC are fraudsters, read this

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
