Of course you can repair sections.0 -

There are imprints of his footsteps on the driveway and even an imprint of the box where he put it down in order to ring the doorbell.
Hmmm.
So OP ordered stuff when they were having the driveway done to the extent that the delivery driver couldn't even get to the door without stepping on wet concrete.
If the cones weren't strung (and probably a notice) then I think the OP will struggle. The site could potentially be deemed unsafe.
What was the delivery guy meant to do?
I don't see the Yodel paying this without a fight and I'm not sure the OP will win.0 -

The OP did say that delivery company accepted that their driver did the damage but not sure if that was in writting or verbal so it may make a difference if it goes to court.
But we are all going by the OP's thread so it would be good to see a photo of the drive damage and what the driveway looked like with all cordons arround it and all the signage to saying beware.0 -
I can't see a court ordering complete replacement, it's not like a concrete drive is a good look in the first place and the drive still acts as a drive.0

Taking the post at face value I'm not disputing that. My argument is the OP was negligent on ordering stuff when it was impossible for it to be delivered and possibly negligent for not having sufficient signage and barriers in place.0 -
Devil's Advocate ... perhaps the delivery was late and should have been delivered prior to the driveway works?0

The manager responsible for the delivery logged a case with his insurance company who requested I get two quotes for repairs and send them off which I did promptly.0
