Receiving compensation payment from Trip.com

Hello,
I have recently made a complaint to, and have been awarded a small compensation payment from Trip.com.
In order to receive this, I must fill in an online form with the following information:
Beneficiary's Name
Beneficiary's Bank Name
Beneficiary's Bank Account No.
Beneficiary's Bank City
Beneficiary's IBAN
Beneficiary's Bank SWIFT Code
Beneficiary's City
Beneficiary's Address
I bank with Monzo, and I'm aware they do not accept SWIFT/international payments currently.
I've also looked at TransferWise, but they also appear to not accept GBP payments from outside of the UK, and I think Trip.com are owned by a Chinese company - TransferWise don't appear to accept payments Yuan.
How am I able to provide the necessary information in order to accept the payment? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

What makes you think they'll send Renminbi?
You could open a real bank account that accepts SWIFT/SEPA payments? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
How was the original payment to trip.com made?
Can they not refund that way?0
