Somewhat confusing: in the T&Cs it says to follow, like and tag on the post; on the Instagram page it simply links to the site to enter your details - so it's up to you which you do - possibly both? I have messaged them for clarification.

I don't know if they've changed the info in the instagram post but this is what it says now so looks like entry is just via the link
