"Exciting News for Co-op Energy" their recent email gleefully informed me. "Bad News for Co-op Energy customers" thought I.

My heart sank as I recalled the Co-op IT fiasco that I had to endure a couple of years ago that took me over a year to sort out.

Should I attempt to escape now I wonder ? Not keen on the FAQ warning that 'switches' may not be possible !
