New windows & doors delay

We recently got new windows and external doors installed at our home, the company took three days to complete the work which we were extremly happy with, but when we started to clean the windows some had bad flaws in them, so nine weeks later after a lot of toing and froing from the window and glass companys they arrived yesterday to replace all the flawed glass units, but for whatever reason they didnt have all the new glass units, so now we have to wait another three to four weeks before they return to complete the work, this means me or the wife having to take more time off work to let the workmen in, so as i still have to pay the company the balance of the bill would i be entitled to any sort of compensation for all the hassle and having to take so much time off work.
