Bus line fine with rental van

I have been Given a bus lane fine 60 pound 30 if within 14 days which am happy to pay my stupid fault didn’t even realise my problem is its with enterprise rental van the van is hired as a courtesy van enterprise are saying it’s going to take 6 weeks to sort out and will prob end up going to the main van dealer as they are the ones that have sorted it out so I basically have no chance of paying it within 14 days and extra charges go on after 28 days plus a 35pound admin charge is there anything I can do to sort this I have even tryed ringing the council to pay the fine with the reg but they need the reference number

You would be better off taking this over to pepipoo.com as they specialise in council and police motoring matters, whereas we tend to only deal with private parking charges here on MSE.
