Perhaps your 180 hours INCLUDES holiday. It would be strange to have a contract that says 180 hours + annual leave... much more likely to be 180 hours including annual leave.

So.... you're being paid the correct amount and just need to make sure you take 22.5 hours holiday per year....

If you're married/cohabiting I believe your unused tax allowance, or part of it, can be transferred to your partner/spouse dependent on his/her tax rates.

I currently work 180 hours with 22.5 hours holiday so a total of 202.5 hours per year (per year is correct). My salary is £24,000 pro rata
    ............
full time would be 37.5 hours per week
How many days is your 180 classed as? - it is classed as 2 days per month
what is your actual take home, and do you think they are under- or over-paying you? - my monthly take home is £183 per month. I'm not sure I'm being paid for my holidays or 22.5 hours (3 days)

    22.5/3=7.5pd

    2*12*7.5=180hr

    two options for statutory holiday

    holiday included
    5.6 weeks holiday is 180*5.6/52=19.3hr 2.6days

    holiday extra
    180*0.1207= 21.7hr 2.9days

I will ask the question again

    Are you taking holiday?

when you take holiday do you still work 2 days that month

if not then the holiday is included in the 180hr.

if you think the holiday should be paid extra then you need ask for it to be paid on top of the days you work.
