Can someone help me work out my monthly take home

I currently work 180 hours with 22.5 hours holiday so a total of 202.5 hours per year (per year is correct). My salary is £24,000 pro rata - what should my monthly take home pay be please?

Many thanks

How many hours would be full time, in your role?
How many days is your 180 classed as?
what is your actual take home, and do you think they are under- or over-paying you?

And do you work the same number of hours each month (and if not, do you get paid for the actual hours worked, or as if you worked the same?)
Excuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard

How many hours would be full time, in your role? - full time would be 37.5 hours per week
How many days is your 180 classed as? - it is classed as 2 days per month
what is your actual take home, and do you think they are under- or over-paying you? - my monthly take home is £183 per month. I'm not sure I'm being paid for my holidays or 22.5 hours (3 days)

Other variables we don't know are your tax code and pension contributions.

I pay 0 tax 0 pension as not earning enough. So no deductions are taken from my basic pay

Full time would be 37.5 hours x 52 weeks = 1950 hours annually (including annual leave)
That works out at £12.31 per hour.

Based on that figure your 180 hours would work out at £184.65 per month (excluding any deductions)

202.5 hours would be £207.73 per month.

Impossible to say for sure. There could be lots of reasons for the disparity.
