Any help I can get? 23, on zero hrs contract no shifts for 3 weeks

Sorry this is long. Hi does anyone if there’s any support I can get for the lack of shifts at work? I usually get around 30hrs per week but for the past 3 weeks I haven’t been scheduled any.
It’s due to moving work place, I work for the same company but have been working in another city and have just recently transferred back. In the process all the shifts I’d usually do were given away and I wasn’t taken into consideration.
I have been given 35hrs next week and will probably avg around 30-35 from then on but how am I supposed to make up for the past 3 weeks? I’m 23 years old and still live at home. I virtually have no money left and am using my overdraft. I will not be able to make my car payment or insurance this month and it’ll be another 3 or so weeks until my wages will be back to normal.
I also have no holiday pay left as I recently received it and thought I was being smart by paying off my debt. I also have no savings as I’ve been paying off my debt instead, I’m almost debt free but worried my only option is a payday loan or something. But yeah I’m 23 years old, live in Scotland and at home. I'm on just above minimum wage and as far as I’m aware not entitled to any benefits.
Sorry this is so long but I’m really worried about my bills and ruining my credit by having missed payments. I can mooch food and the like and my family will let me away without paying board but I have no idea what I’m going to do for my car, insurance, phone, etc

Can't you find another job with a different employer? Sign up at an agency? Look in at the Job Centre?0

I am already in the process of looking for other jobs and apprenticeships but getting hours at work was never a major problem for me until now.
I just don’t know how I can make up for the past 3 weeks. That is like £750 before tax. I am only going to earn £250 this month compared to the £1000-1200 I usually make.0 -
anything you can sell?0

Ask your employer for a sub on your wages? parents for a short term loan? bank for an extension to overdraft?0
-
There won't be anything you can claim benefit wise for the 3 weeks you didn't work. I'd advise maybe asking your parents to lend some money to pay your car and insurance. Payday loans aren't the best thing to have.0

Could your parents help out?
And once you are back on regular hours, open an emergency savings account.0 -

Talk to the companies you owe out to. Your parents unless they are claimants won't see you stuggle for essentials.
It is better then being done for benefit fraud. My Universal Credit claim the Jobcentre re-opened even when technically I should have been sanctioned by old jsa, simply when they saw me job seeking and updating the my applications page. I don't blame the job centre as they were just looking out for someone but it wasn't the ideal way to be paid a second month.
As for the 0 hours, is looking for another job feasible.0 -
Come on, ask your parents, my parents helped me out for a while, even employed me. Benefits are the last resort, not the first place to look.0
