Weirdness in ClearScore Upcoming Changes

My ClearScore report shows several "Upcoming Changes to your report" which are concerning.
Essentially a current account and a loan, both from NatWest and neither of which I recognise are listed as both being added and removed from my upcoming report. Is this likely to simply be a clerical error or might there be something more sinister going on?
ETA: I spoke to NatWest who confirm nothing showing their end... so how did this data get attached to me in the first place?
