PPI deceased relative/multiple accounts

Yes, it's deadline day and yes, just embarking on this. My late dad had several bank accounts. Do I have to fill in a separate Resolver form for each? Plus, when I start filling in the form, it only allows me to fill in my own details....not sure how to do this

Don’t use Resolver it is very unreliable and won’t allow you to do deceased cases.
Contact any lenders direct, most have direct PPI emails that can be found on their websites, you will also need to provide them evidence that you are eligible to complain on behalf of the estate (usually a grant of probate will suffice)0 -
Appreciate your reply, thankyou0

Hi could anyone assist me please, we as a family have been informed that my deceased mum is owed ppi from the Nat West and Lloyd's banks. However, Lloyd's are with holding a cheque saying the return slip has not been put on their system it can take 5 - 10 days and then it will take a further 28 days to process, we sent the sip back 10 days ago. This has been going on since August, they originally sent the cheque out in my mums name told us to return it and we are still waiting. Nat West also owe us an amount of money, I completed all the forms for claiming for the deceased on this site but they also sent a chequed out in my mothers name and we returned it, now again since August we are waiting for the bereavement department to deal with it and have not been allowed to speak to anyone in that department. What can we do???0

Wait the 28 days you have been advised.0 -
Make a complaint to them, wait for them to respond, if they don't respond within 8 weeks, forward your complaint to the ombudsman.
Make a complaint that makes more sense than your post though because I can't tell if you sent the slip back ten days ago from today or ten days ago at some point in august.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
