19th August completed Gladstone Brookes PPI claim forms on line successfully and fully including the electronic joint account screen signature boxes (tricky but we did it ) Then had email and text acknowledgements from GB they had received the forms on line (in time0 and our claims would be processed and pursued. The GB MOBILE TEXTS said several "if a lender calls you do not speak to the lender". Which we haven't . Then out of the blue YESTERDAY 28TH August we get an email from Gladstone Brookes our claim was NOT received before the "deadline"! What is going on here!!!

Contact them and ask... not sure how anyone here is going to know, especially as all advise on this forums is to not use claims companies

So, you used an online tool which you have to pay for if your complaint succeeds instead of using an online tool which is free of charge? - why

I always found the ‘DO NOT SPEAK TO THE LENDER’ warnings astounding.

It’s almost as if you might be able to see through the smoke & mirrors as to how little they actually do.

You need to complain direct to the lender.

Luckily for you, this will cost you nothing even if you are successful.

You now have less than eleven hours to do so, though.

The Claims Company has obviously been overwhelmed by last minute complaints too..
