Is this a ballpark quote for large amount of work?

Hi everyone,
I live in a large 1930’s three bedroom semi detached house in Essex and the place needs considerable work to the exterior.
In short every bit of the outside needs blown rendering fully replaced with pebble dash, new soffit boards, drains, drain pipes, some minor roof tiles replaced, chimney repointing, large leaded bay windows replaced top and bottom, front porch replaced and front wall under bay window re-rendered, new front path and large back garden fenced and fully landscaped for low key maintenance, some minor work inside (hall decoration).
I’ve received a quote from a reputable builder with excellent references of 48K, I’m happy if that’s fair but was just looking for opinions.
Thanks in advance for any guidance as it’s very important this goes well and for the right ballpark cost.
