Tesco Credit Card Protection Plan

Hi,

I used the resolver tool to raise a claim against Tesco Credit Card against Card Holder Protection Plan and uploaded a sample statement.

I've received a letter back stating that the Tesco Bank Credit Card has not had Payment Protection Insurance added at any time?

Should I contact them or sent this to ombudsman?

    What would you contact the ombudsman about... they say you didn’t have it, do you have evidence that you did... if so simply supply it

    CPP is not PPI.

    The CPP boat sailed in 2014.

    If the CPP is pre 2005 then you can still make a complaint, though any success will still be unlikely.

    If after 2005, you've already missed the boat by five years.
