Hello, apologies for any errors I am visually impaired.
For some reason we ended up going with this company (I know poor mistake)
We've received a cheque for £1404 from Barclays and one for £71
We've have no more outstanding. We've received 4 invoices from uclaim. One for £31 and three for £209
If anyone else has made the same mistake as us, have they invoiced you separately for one claim? I presume they're taking £630 for the £1404 fee.
Just think it's odd we've so many separate invoices and only two successful claims.
First cheque £ 73.24 they've billed £31.55
Second cheque £1404.98
They've sent 3 invoices each for £209.81
Their terms are 33% plus 20% vat
Many thanks.

They should only be charging 20% + VAT, depending on when you signed the letters of authorityhelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
It depends on when you signed up. If it was before April 2019 then you will need to pay it!I work in Data Protection and spend my days dealing with CMC's. Only here trying to help!!0
