Be one of the first to try #Brighton’s newest restaurant @kindlingrestaurant which is set to will re-write the rules by ‘doing dining better’ when it opens on East Street in late September.
Enter the competition for an exclusive invite to be amongst the first to dine at the restaurant which has a mantra of “Good food, done well”. The food at Kindling promises to surprise, delight and stimulate ‘being kind’ at the core of every creation. The menu will be super seasonal, mainly plant-based dishes complimented by ethical meat and sustainable fish, all created with care and enriched by fire; paying homage to its name.
