Rendering - who to call?

Stupid question I know, but who should I call to get a small external wall rendered? I thought it would need to be a roofer because you have tidy up all the joints to the roof, but is it?
Fot information, the external wall is made of some kind of polystyrene (it is one of those "bricks" that you fill up with cement) and wood. Why didn't I get it done when the extension was built? Looooong story and it doesn't matter now anyway.
