Your bank should send you a letter stating something along the lines that he has the right to appeal and get the money back - not sure how long he has - call bank.

Yes, they told me I'd receive some paperwork within 3 working days so I guess it'll be all explained in that. I was just completely surprised to see the money in my account tbh.0 -
If you have a look at the link I posted above then some banks will immediately refund 'but reserve the right to take the money back'0
