I wrote a massive reply to your new photos last night that clearly didn't post.

In brief. Not at all expensive if they're all yours and it's done at the same time as digging your footings for the extension.

It won't be allowed within the building at all these days, but other options are available, now it's possible to work to building regs, rather than the water authority's rules.

As above, I am now just moving the waste from my own property, and not the manhole covers. So thanks Doozer, I can incorporate the ground works with my footings being laid.
