I wrote a massive reply to your new photos last night that clearly didn't post.
In brief. Not at all expensive if they're all yours and it's done at the same time as digging your footings for the extension.

If the existing manhole is now going to be within the property it will need to have a sealed cover of some sort unless you are planning to seal it permanently and pray you never get a blockage.0

As above, I am now just moving the waste from my own property, and not the manhole covers. So thanks Doozer, I can incorporate the ground works with my footings being laid.0
