Employer told me i was getting a pay rise and still hasnt delivered

    Ive done everything by email so far as I wanted a record but finding time to speak to her in person could be an idea. I very rarely see her face to face, my job is not office based and she is based at head office in Blackburn so we only ever communicate by email.

    My probationary period would have finished at the end of May though so even if I disregard the email she sent me about the salary increase I still should have seen a rise in my pay to the basic salary by now shouldn’t I?
