Natwest PPI checker DOWN

Have twice filled in the Olaf ppi checker request in stage 1, then submit takes you through to stage 2 confirmation the clicking OK takes you to " cannot process application as online banking down" try again later

What can you do if no confirmation query has been submitted?

    Contact them either via phone or email and submit your complaint

    Tried again on Royal Bank of Scotland, also checks NatWest PPI, website and pressing ok on stage 2 confirmation page seemed to go through as no "site down cannot process message" but no actual confirmation of submission.

    Bit complex as doing this on behalf of my daughter, who is abroad, so cannot really contact bank direct

    Will continue to try and process again through natwest.com if site comes back up before deadline
  • Natwest have now put up a pop up banner at the bottom on their account login page
    with a direct link for the PPI complaints and PPI checker forms
