Reclaim with Ombudsman but got no further worried

Options
I am well aware of the deadline for PPI reclaims but I already started a few claims via Resolver months ago and after much communication back and forth I ended up escalating them to the Ombudsmen where once again I supplied their requested evidence and so far have heard nothing since June on both cases. I have tried contacting Capital One and Aqua credit cards plus one with Bank Of Scotland for a mortgage we had but this one still has 5 days until I can escalate it to Ombudsmen.

I am just needing to know what happens to claims submitted before the deadline are they 'safe' to continue as already logged or do they become cancelled as no responses?

I have surprisingly received £999 from Lloyds for a mortgage we had several years with them so I am very pleased I made the effort eventually as wasn't expecting to get a penny!

Thanks.

As long as the complaint has been received and acknowledged before the deadline then it is fine (the deadline is for you complain, not for the firm to respond)
