No email confirmation from application for HSBC £175 bonus

I filled in the application on HSBC for their £175 bonus for doing the account switch on evening of Mon 26th August. I got the final web page giving me confirmation of the application but I didn't get any email or any other confirmation. I also didn't print the final page (although it was a generic page without any kind of reference number).
