Resolver problem

Options
Hi there,

I am trying to reclaim PPI via resolver but the form wont let me submit saying im not entering a valid postcode - even if i leave blank and enter address manually.

Does anyone know when this will be fixed or another way of getting around these claims? Silly me doing it last minute!

Forget using Resolver and complain directly.

Simply send your complaint directly to the lender.

Resolver is for people with plenty of time on their hands and who are not too concerned if their complaint is sent the right place. That probably doesn't apply to you
  • I'm having the same problem. Don't want to input all my data again. When will it be resolved?

Same problem here. It worked last week. Failing today. Is their server overloaded or have they run out of postcode lookup credits?
