Just a quick question. Do complaints to Scottish Amicable now have to go through Scottish Widows or Prudential Ins?

Scottish Amicable were a life assurance company. Most of their plans were sold by mortgage brokers, advisers and estate agents.
So, it is not PPI and you would not complain to the insurance company if its a missale complaint but only if its a servicing complaint.0
