Ok you really are not special, in the nicest possible way. A dog is not bar to renting a room or bedsit.
My last lodger had dogs (yes plural) and except for some extra decorating after the lodger left, no problems and no charge as they had been a great lodger. A friend also lets out rooms in her home and accepts pets so long as they get on with hers.
This is sorted in a meeting outside the house where animals meet, if they get on, fab, if not she recommends another freind.63 mortgage payments to go.
