What do you mean by "another address"? An address connected to you or some random address?
  • Sorry some random address, In no way affiliated with me or my current address

I think we need to know is what was the address on the paperwork from the Courts as it is still unclear.

Was the Court paperwork addressed to where you live now and then the RM mis-delivered it and the people at their home opened it and then put it back in the system and then you got it at your now address.

Or have the Court paperwork got an address that has not got anything to do with you and it was sent back to the Courts.?

Have you been getting reminders and LBA from whom you owe money to at your now address since 2015 or have moved address since then as i can't work out how the Court paperwork got to you if it was delivered to another address and then after 2 or more weeks i turned up at your home.
  • Apologies for the confusion, the letter was addressed to me at my address, the postman posted it somewhere else in error, the person who received it has opened it, then wrote on the front in pen ‘delivered to wrong address’ taped envelope up and I’m presuming re-posted into a post box or passed back to the postman, it was then re-delivered in a clear bag branded royal mail advising it was damaged, letter dated 1st August and received to me in Wed 21st,
