Goofbid best offer history tool

Have noticed over the past week or so that the Goofbid best offer history tool comes up with nil results regardless of all the sellers regularly accepting best offers. So I'm wondering does this tool not work anymore, perhaps ebay has tweaked things so that it's no longer possible to find out what percentage less a seller might accept prior to making a best offer?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Do NOT use Goofbid. It was once a decent tool for last minute bidding (or sniping) on eBay but now it simply does not work and yet they still charge for the service.
Last week I placed a goofbid snipe to bid on my behalf 2 seconds before the end of an auction. Despite my maximum bid of £180 the item sold to another bidder for £102.
Naturally I questioned why Goofbid did not work with their support team. The response was "We are working to rectify the issue and a solution is almost in place."
Effectively this company are marketing and charging for a service that does not work.
