Wombat problems

Hi, I recently invested into 3 funds on Wombat, but their app has stopped updating current pricing. I also invested a top up early in Friday morning and whilst it should have been invested Friday afternoon, it still hasn’t been on Wednesday. The only support access is by email with no obvious telephone number. Has anyone else had problems? Luckily, I haven’t put much into this platform....

Thanks for this. I did check this entry too. But, a mobile phone number buried on the FCA register, is hardly a serious attempt at providing a timely and active customer support service.

It doesnt look like a company that aims to set out a timely and active customer support service by phone, that would be too expensive.

Presumably there's a help function within the app.

If there isn't, well now you know why its cheap.

As soon as you get a balance above £1000 you pay the same 0.45% as HL who provide good service via both app and phone. I don't really see the point of going with a niche provider like Wombat.
