Hi All, newbee here...
Just wondered if anyone else has had similar issues, and yes, I know I’ve left things a little late..
I’m attempting to fill in the MSE ppi claims form. However, my question is this...
In my youth I had various loans for cars etc, credit cards and overdrafts all with Midland bank, now HSBC. Will I need to send separate claims? And I’ve also had 2 addresses (parents and my own). Also, is it worth pursuing anything I don’t have records for or is this down to the bank to dig out? Any, Any, help would be of great use- I dare say there re others in the same boat.
Thanks for any help, Handystevey 👍

Do not use Resolver at this late stage. Go directly to the company website in each case.0

Do you mean Hsbc website.0

And why not resolver? Thanks0

Because it's been reported as unreliable on occasions as complaints have not always been submitted by them. Too risky at this late stage.
Google 'HSBC PPI complaint form' and take it from there. Do similarly for any other company.0 -
i submitted a claim to a bank without any clue of when I took the product out or account numbers. Just amde sure I gave all the addresses I ever lived at, my DOB and my full name and they identified all of the accounts
Go direct to the bank, not resolver0 -
So in relation to the original post, if you have multiple cards or accounts with the same bank or provider, can you just make 1 general complaint or do you need to make a separate complaint for each type of card / account?
Also, I submitted all my complaints using Resolver yesterday, would you advise to also re-send the messages directly to the provider or will that cause a problem if they have 2 requests?
Any advice would be appreciated.0 -
Straight to the lender specifying ‘all products or ‘all credit cards/loans/overdrafts)helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0
