PPI using Resolver

I used Resolver to put in PPI claims to Lloyds & Santander
Does using Resolver constitute a claim?
This is what I thought it was for but I had a message from Resolver saying "Remember, Resolver doesn't manage your case for you!"
I see messages advising ringing the banks directly but am I going to get through or hang on the line for hours ?
If Resolver constitutes a claim before the deadline is that enough?

Yes, Resolver constitutes a legitimate complaint. They don't "manage" the complaint for you as they don't do anything after registering the complaint, just like any claims management company.0

You can complain via the lender’s websites though, so you know 100% for definite that they have it I. Timehelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
Resolver is glitchy. Go directly to the website of the company you want to complain to.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Thanks for the extra feed back
I have been on the two lenders sites and put an enquiry through and taken screen grabs for proof
Hopefully one or the other method will get through
We will see in due course0
