Your miracle morning will start with a 45-minute Base Flow yoga session, perfect for beginners and back-to-the-mat returners. FLY LDN’s philosophy is about building an inspiring, inclusive community of members, so you can be sure of a warm welcome.
Once you’ve worked up an appetite, it’s time for a nourishing lunch from Oat Kitchen, a plant-based catering start-up. Choose from powerballs made from raspberry and coconut or salted date and cocoa, a peanut satay buddha bowl with sweet potato, quinoa and roasted chickpeas or a banana oat muffin with raw chocolate and caramelised pecans. To drink, enjoy a smoothie or juice – with both cacao, blueberry and nut butter smoothies, and lemon ginger and apple zinger juices available. While you’re re-fuelling, exercise your mind with a motivational talk led by Fi Clark (head of yoga at FLY LDN), or the founder, Charlotte Cox.
