Just very quickly...my daughter put the registartion number of her vehicle twice wrongly in 3 weeks at a station car park near Slough. Now has two PCN's from Apcoa. We have the debit card statement showing payment on both days. Should we go down the template route for appeal
Many thanks.
Many thanks.

Send the already written for you blue text template appeal that can easily be found in post #1 of [URL="https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread[/URL].
Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.
Send it as the keeper.0 -

Appeal as keeper only
No blabbing about who was driving0 -
Just as a matter of interest. the first of these pcn's was issued 3 and a half months after the offence! The second 3 months after...... just a joke really. All because she put a zero instead of nought!0

The BPA have told their operators, including APCOA, that such de minimis errors should not be pursued by them. Yet APCOA are clearly ignoring BPA requirements. All because she put a zero instead of nought!
Immediate complaint, copying all documentation (including copies of the tickets purchased showing the 'error'), that APCOA are inappropriately pursuing you.

It's even highlighted in the official POPLA 2018 Annual Report - page 6 and 7.

Very useful info and thank you!.Ill wait for Apcoa reply then perhaps follow that route too. We are now well over 4 months on the first pcn.0

Keepers have no liability at stations , so after 6 months they lose , hence why the driver is not identified
They failed pofa with the keeper , plus POFA does not apply on station land
They will reject and issue popla codes
When they see your forum aided popla appeal , they will chuck the towel in
Read previous popla appeals for apcoa and train stations like Manchester Victoria etc, adapt one0 -
Hi all. Many thanks for all your help. Apcoa chucked the towel in, I am pretty sure they saw my original post and matched it up against their system and bascally said on these occasions we will not pursue as car parking was paid for!0
