Burtons Store Card PPi

Hi Everyone, just a quick query, I am 99.9%sure i had PPi on my Burtons card many moons ago, I remember the salesman telling me I had to have ppi on my application for it to go through, (which it did) looking at claiming a refund, I discovered santander now deal with the Burtons Card, (this happens to be my bank) I got in touch with them and started a claim, only to be told there is nothing on file, they dont even seem to think i even had a card at all!!

is there anything i can do, before the deadline ?(do i re submit throught santander, so im back in the system?) or do i go elsewhere and try

Supply them with evidence, failing that what more can they do... if they have no evidence and you have no evidence then I’m afraid your complaint is over before it started
