Vets4 Pets, Premier Park, ZZPS and QDR

Hello,
First time on the forum but do need some advice. I recieved a letter from ZZPS on the 31st May 2019 stating that I owe Premier Park LTD £170 for parking in Vets4Pets in Bitterne, Southampton.
This was the first communication I had about this. Before this I had not recieved any communication from Permier Park LTD. I did park in this car park on Sunday 24th February 2019 for about 15 minutes, not realising it was monitored. I did write back to ZZPS reference this, and explainded that Premier Park LTD did not follow the procedure of giving me the correct notice. It has now been passed to QDR Solicitors.
I have been responding to QDR Solicitors asking for all the evidence before we can proceed (some good templates on the forum), but they keep writing back saying they have noted my communications but their clients have resonable cause to pursue and the possible consequences of a CCJ with no evendence.
What should I do next? Should I just pay the £182 for a £60 fine? Is it worth contacting Permier Park LTD direct to discuss? Or do I continue to fight as like I say the first I knew about this was the letter from ZZPS in May.
Many thanks.

It is not a fine , it's an invoice for allegedly breaking the rules
I doubt that the initial charge was £60 , more likely to be £100 reduced to £60 for early payment
If you fail to pay then an mcol court claim will arrive in the post from the CCBC in Northampton, within 6 years
Check the V5C has your correct name and address on it, not an old one, otherwise the DVLA can fine you up to £1000 for not updating it
Email a SAR to the DPO at PP to get all the documents and pictures and data about you and your vehicle attaching a copy of the V5C as proof of ID under the GDPR
Then decide if it's fight or pay
PS , almost all private car parks are monitored nowadays0
