Overpayment of Tax Credits

I got a letter about a month ago from HMRC saying that I had received an overpayment of tax credits and that they would be asking me to repay it. I don't intend to argue about it. But they have yet to actually ask me to repay it. Should I repay them without being asked or should I keep waiting?

You can either ring the helpline or wait for a further letter telling you how to pay.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
