On a joint claim where 2 of the children are on DLA (mid & high rate) can you get two lots of carers element? Only 1 person gets carers allowance as the other works full time? Many thanks in advance just trying to work out if better off on tax credits or UC.

Yes you can claim 2 elements as both your children are claiming a qualifying benefit.Dark_horse666 wrote: »On a joint claim where 2 of the children are on DLA (mid & high rate) can you get two lots of carers element?
