I think my fixed tariff with Eversmart is about to come to an end.

I can’t find any information as to what the tariff was called or what my usage is. Does anyone know how I would find this?
The invoice isn’t very clear with the usage and doesn’t have any information about the tariff?

Thanks
Natalie

It is in your welcome pack from them. Your only other option is to phone. How is the invoice not very clear about usage ?

If you sent them regular meters readings then your invoice should be perfectly clear. Ideally you should have kept a copy of your welcome pack, especially when you can see that some suppliers are falling by the wayside.

I have a complete set of monthly invoices, all except one having meter readings that I sent to them. The odd one was for a estimated meter reading because I was on holiday and sent my reading in early - their guess was miles out.

I also know down to the exact kwh how much I've used since my initial reading so I can check that their invoices are correct.

Like you, my fixed deal "welcome Home" finishes at the end of this month and I'll be moving to Symbio. I'll also know to the exact penny how much my final bill should be when it swaps over.

It's not difficult, it just means that you have to take control rather than hoping that it'll sort itself out in the end.
